                                            <li>1 tbsp olive oil</li>
                                            <li>Pinch salt and pepper</li>
                                            <li>8 oz. nonfat Greek yogurt</li>
                                            <li>1/2 cucumber, seeded and shredded</li>
                                            <li>1 garlic clove, minced</li>
                                            <li>1 tsp olive oil</li>
                                            <li> Salt</li>
                                            <li> Squeeze of lemon</li>
                            </ul>

                            <li>Mix chicken with garlic, oregano, lemon, oil, salt, and pepper, and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.</li>
                                    <li>For the tzatziki sauce, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, oil, salt, and lemon.</li>
                                    <li>Skewer chicken with wooden skewers and broil or grill for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.</li>
