Brazilian butt lift

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes pointed forward.

2. Bend your knees and squat until your knees are bent at 90 degrees. Bend your elbows and make fists with your hands in front of your body.

3. Take a big step back with your left knee, approaching the horse stance, and place your right hand on the outside of your right thigh so that your palm can touch the ground.

4. Raise your left hand and place it in front of your face, palm facing outward.

5. Return to the starting position, switch sides and repeat the above actions.
