Lunchtime fitness and dietary arrangements
A reasonable lunch should be to bring some fruits and vegetables that are easy to eat raw, such as cucumbers and tomatoes, to supplement trace elements such as sodium and potassium consumed during exercise, add a cup of yogurt to supplement protein, and eat two slices of bread.
