Aloha to Gains: Hawaiian Chicken Kabob

Pineapple contains bromelain, a digestive enzyme that helps your body break down protein better.

                                <li>2 1/4 tsp soy sauce </li>
                                            <li>2 1/4 tsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar)</li>
                                            <li>3/4 tsp sesame oil</li>
                                            <li>1/8 tsp ground ginger</li>
                                            <li>1/8  tsp garlic powder</li>
                                            <li>2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 2-inch pieces</li>
                                            <li>1/4 cup pineapple chunks, drained</li>
                                            <li>2-4 skewers</li>
                            </ul>

    <h2 class="block-title"><span>Directions</span></h2>

                            <li>In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic powder together. </li>
                                    <li>Add chicken and pineapple to the bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to let marinade sink in. </li>
                                    <li>Preheat the grill. Thread chicken and pineapple alternately onto skewers. Grill 15 minutes, turning occasionally.</li>
