When it comes to refueling, the concept of daily nutritional intake is very simple:
1. Intake 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight.
2. Eat 8 servings of vegetables (1 serving = fist size).
3. Intake 15ml of water per kilogram of body weight.
