<li>1 6 oz trimmed sirloin steak </li>
<li>To taste salt and pepper</li>
<li>1 cauliflower head, chopped </li>
<li>2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese </li>
<li>2–4 garlic cloves</li>

<li>Rub oil on steak and sprinkle with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Bring 1 to 2 inches of water to boil, ideally with a steamer rack, then add cauliflower and garlic. Cover until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Cook steak on a preheated grill or cast-iron pan, turning once (5 to 6 minutes per side for medium-rare).</li>
